Our team was engaged by EBA, a Tetra Tech company, to assist with writing an RFP for a design/build for their new Lab and Office building. They required a design builder who would also provide the land, and a 5 year lease term for their fit-up. We were also included for each proponent who bid on the work to complete the design work.

This design/build project took 12 months to complete as a result of the well structured agreement with the design builder, landowner and tenant. The building was designed to accommodate office space for 50 people, including a geotechnical lab, a separate commercial lease space, and a three-bedroom residence on the 3rd floor.
