Waterfront Station created vibrant new commercial space to the developing area of the Yukon Riverfront. This four-storey retail and office building was a joint venture with Northern Vision Development LP and Ketza Group.

The building accommodates a variety of mixed-use tenants, and has included over the past ten years a restaurant, brewery, a hair salon, cafe, bakery, yoga studio, a dentist, CHON FM radio broadcast headquarters, business centres, BDC’s local office, architecture offices and private office space on the upper levels. Its long, narrow footprint is designed to ensure all these unique spaces have a beautiful view and connection to the Yukon River. The flexibility of the building for multiple uses is part of its success in the community.
